Gregory Moore brought this action pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. He claimed that his former employer, J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. ("Hunt"), terminated his employment as a result of his rheumatoid arthritis. The district court granted summary judgment for Hunt, finding that Mr. Moore was not disabled for purposes of the ADA.
