¶ 1 Appellant, Allstate Insurance Company, asks us to determine whether the trial court properly confirmed the arbitration award dated February 11, 1999. Specifically, we must determine whether New Jersey law will govern the arbitration proceedings despite an explicit contractual provision to the contrary.
