MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

GERTNER, District Judge.

The Plaintiff, Sharon Frankel ("Frankel"), brings this action against her former employer, the United States Post Office ("Post Office"). She alleges that the Post Office discriminated against her because of her sex and because she took leave time protected by the Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA").1 She also brings retaliation claims under both the FMLA and Title VII.
