OPINION

NATHANIEL R. JONES, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant A.R. appeals the district court's order for transfer to adult criminal prosecution for crimes A.R. committed when he was 17 and 18 years old. A.R. also challenges the court's dismissal of his motion to set aside the order of transfer on speedy trial grounds. Because the district court did not abuse its discretion in ordering A.R.'s transfer, we AFFIRM.
