Cameron Jennings was convicted in a bench trial of violating Ark.Code Ann. § 5-74-106 (Repl.1997), simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a Class Y felony, and Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-401 (Repl.1997), possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a Class C felony. He was sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction for the simultaneous-possession conviction, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine on the possession...
