Rex K. DeGeorge petitions this court for a writ of mandamus commanding the United States District Court for the Central District of California to (1) vacate its order denying DeGeorge's motion to dismiss certain counts for which he has been indicted as time barred, and (2) enter an order dismissing those counts.
