The State sought discretionary review of a district court ruling that ordered the State to either (1) dismiss pending contempt proceedings against Michael Gallagher Beecher or (2) move to amend a pending stalking charge in a separate action to remove the allegation that the stalking was committed in a series of violations of a criminal protective order.
