After his motion to suppress was denied, Donald William Roberts stipulated to the evidence at a bench trial and was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, carrying a concealed weapon, driving with an open container, and improper stopping on a roadway. On appeal, Roberts' sole assertion of error contends the motion to suppress should have been granted because the traffic stop leading to his arrest was not supported by any reasonable suspicion...
