Unlike fine wine, most lengthy and acrimonious lawsuits do not age well. This dispute between Robert J. Prokop, M.D., and Nancy Hoch is no exception. Prokop seeks recovery from Hoch, Richard Hoch, and the law firm of Hoch & Steinheider (hereinafter collectively the appellees) for libel or slander, malicious prosecution, and for filing a frivolous pleading.
