The United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama has certified the following question to this Court, pursuant to Rule 18, Ala. R.App. P.:

"[Is] an insured ... legally entitled to recover damages under the Alabama Uninsured Motorist Act, Ala.Code § 32-7-23 (1975), when the [plaintiff's insurer's] policy maintained coverage for defendants' automobile only, the policy expressly excluded from coverage any bodily injury...
