In this direct appeal brought under 42 Pa.C.S. § 722(7), we consider whether the court of common pleas correctly determined that 75 Pa.C.S. § 3731(a.1) of Pennsylvania's Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol statute, 75 Pa.C.S. § 3731(a)-(j) (the "DUI statute"), offends constitutional guarantees of due process.
