The defendant has been charged with violating a permanent injunction, issued ex parte, pursuant to G. L. c. 121B, § 32F. A District Court judge denied the defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint and purported to report the following questions to the Appeals Court,1 see Mass. R. Crim. P. 34, 378 Mass. 905 (1979):

"(1) Can the Superior Court, pursuant to M. G. L. c....
