Plaintiff-Appellant, Gary Zane Beavers appeals from the denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 motion. On March 2, 1992, he pled guilty to first degree murder in Oklahoma district court. After numerous state proceedings, he filed the present habeas petition. Mr. Beavers' habeas petition and request for a certificate of appealability (COA) were both denied by the district court.
