This adversary proceeding is before the Court upon the complaint filed by the Debtor, Larry Rodgers, who seeks a determination of the dischargeability of certain Health Education Assistance Loans ("HEAL Loans"). For the reasons that follow, the Court holds that the Debtor's HEAL Loans are nondischargeable.
