¶ 1 These consolidated appeals have been remanded to this Court from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court1 for a determination of a single narrow issue: whether a party is entitled to demand a jury trial in an action for bad faith against an insurer pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 8371.
