PER CURIAM.

Vincent James Nastri appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We reverse.

Nastri asserts that he was on probation for an aggravated battery conviction; he subsequently entered a plea of guilty to a technical violation of that probation. Nastri asserts that, based on the sentencing guidelines, the court accepted the plea and sentenced him to ninety-six months...
