[¶ 1] Andrew Schultze appealed a summary judgment declaring his insurer, Continental Casualty Company, had no duty to defend him against a former employee's lawsuit for alleged sexual discrimination, wrongful discharge, and defamation. We conclude Continental has a duty to defend Schultze against the former employee's defamation claim. We conclude Continental ordinarily would have no duty to defend Schultze against the sexual discrimination...
