Appellant attorney appeals as of right from an order of contempt entered under M.C.L. § 600.1701; MSA 27A.1701, which imposed sanctions in the amount of $250 pursuant to M.C.L. § 600.1715; MSA 27A. 1715 and costs in the amount of $295 pursuant to M.C.L. § 600.1721; MSA 27A.1721. We reverse.
