Jettie Ruth Stevens (Plaintiff) appeals a judgment filed 5 March 1999 in favor of Jacinto Herrera Guzman (Defendant).1

Plaintiff presented evidence at trial that on 2 March 1997, she was injured in an automobile accident caused by Defendant's alleged negligence.
