¶ 1. At the conclusion of a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Tate County, Mississippi, Omar K. Humphrey was convicted of capital murder and sentenced by the jury to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. Humphrey appeals and urges thirteen issues as grounds to reverse.
