In October 1995, Larry Cutter was convicted of the murder, felony murder, rape, and criminal confinement of Linda Berry. The trial court merged the felony murder and criminal confinement convictions into the murder conviction and sentenced Cutter to sixty years for murder and fifty years for rape as a Class A felony, to be served consecutively.
