¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered on January 7, 2000, in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County that granted appellee's omnibus pretrial motion to suppress. Appellee was charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana.
