Before us is an appeal by the debtor, Anne T. Taylor, and her attorney, James P. Towarnicky, challenging the Bankruptcy Court's denial of Towarnicky's application for payment of post-petition attorney fees in the amount of $2,362.50 from the bankruptcy estate.
