RUSSON, Associate Chief Justice:

¶ 1 Sales King International, Inc. ("Sales King"), appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to J.R. Simplot Company dba Simplot Soilbuilders ("Simplot"). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 Bountiful Valley Produce, Inc. ("BVP"), produced onion and squash crops on farms near Tremonton, which is within Box Elder County, Utah. Simplot sold chemicals and fertilizer on credit to BVP for the 1993, 1994, 1995...
