After a bench trial, the appellant, Tammy Ray Cofield, was convicted of two counts of first-degree rape, violations of § 13A-6-61(a)(1), Ala.Code 1975, and two counts of first-degree sodomy, violations of § 13A-6-63(a)(1), Ala.Code 1975.
