After a trial, a judge in the Brockton Division of the Juvenile Court Department found S.C., the father of Holly and Mike, and K.L., the father of Paul and Nora,2 currently unfit to assume parental responsibility for their children, and that it was in the best interests of the children to terminate S.C.'s and K.L.'s rights to consent to the adoption of their children.
