[¶ 1] South Portland Associates (SPA) appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Cole, J.) finding that the City of South Portland owns in fee simple absolute a parcel of land that it had taken from SPA by eminent domain in 1968, and that SPA did not have a right to repurchase the land.
