Appellant appeals from an Order finding that he did not show good cause for failing to perfect service of process within the time period prescribed by Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.070(j) and dismissing his Complaint with prejudice. We agree with the trial court's finding that appellant failed to show good cause for his failure to serve defendants within the appropriate time period. However, because of the recent amendment to Rule 1.070(j), we remand...
