[¶ 1] Johnson Farms, a general partnership, appealed from a judgment dismissing its action against George and Donna McEnroe for specific performance of an oral agreement for the purchase of real property, but awarding Johnson Farms $91,930 it overpaid the McEnroes for an adjacent parcel of property Johnson Farms purchased in January 1994.
