Pursuant to a plea bargain and in exchange for an agreed-upon sentence of seven years in prison, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of robbery in full satisfaction of a multicount indictment and waived his right to appeal. At the time of sentencing, County Court ordered that defendant make restitution in the amount of $1,221.02 as requested by the People in spite of the fact that such was not included as part of the plea bargain.
