Kaler ("Trustee"), appeals the bankruptcy court2 order granting the motion of debtors Dean Nelson and Sharon Nelson ("Debtors") to compel the Trustee to abandon two parcels of real estate and denying the Trustee's motion for turnover of the two parcels.
