Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and/or Summary Judgment, Dkt. No. 11. In that motion, Defendants argue that Plaintiff's claim should be dismissed because of failure to exhaust available administrative remedies, because of the existence of a meaningful post-deprivation remedy, and because negligent deprivations of property do not violate the Constitution.
