Plaintiffs-Appellants are the parents of Aaron Moore, a minor, (collectively, "the Moores") who, they allege, sustained serious injuries as a result of excessive exercise imposed as punishment by his middle school gym teacher. They ask us to reverse the district court's summary judgment dismissal of all their claims.
