This is an appeal by Donna Wilson, plaintiff-appellant, from a partial summary judgment dismissing Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (hereafter LIGA), the substitute for her insolvent insurance company, on the grounds that the UM rejection form in her policy placed her in a position to make an informed rejection of UM coverage.
