Matthew Poole was convicted in the district court of five counts of knowingly making false statements in connection with the purchase of firearms. See 18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(1)(A). The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms ("ATF") requires that all gun purchasers fill out ATF Form 4473.
