Tidewater Marine, Inc. (Tidewater Marine) and Twenty Grand Offshore, Inc. (Twenty Grand) (collectively referred to herein as Tidewater) brought this suit in admiralty for damages to the M/V MAC TIDE 63, an offshore tug.
