Defendant, Griffin Perkins, was convicted of two counts of distribution of cocaine in violation of La. R.S. 40:967 A. Pursuant to a multiple bill, defendant was found to be a third felony offender and he was sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
