The prosecution appeals by leave granted an order of the circuit court granting defendant's motion to quash the information on a charge of cutting, breaking, or tapping telephone or telegraph wires, M.C.L. § 750.540; MSA 28.808. We reverse the circuit court's order and remand for further proceedings.
