Defendant Troy Rodriguez was charged by bill of information on 2 December 1997 with three counts of obscenity, violations of La. R.S. 14:106. Defendant pleaded not guilty at his arraignment. The trial court denied defendant's motion to suppress the identification following a hearing conducted on 12 and 30 December 1997.
