The bankruptcy court entered an order granting the plaintiff's motion for default judgment against the defendants, including the Defendant-Appellant Larry D. Lomaz. Following that order, the bankruptcy court entered an order setting certain conditions, including posting of a bond, for Mr. Lomaz's relief of setting aside the default.
