Daniel E. Pullen, respondent, was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Nebraska on September 25, 1991. On January 28, 2000, the Committee on Inquiry for the Fifth Disciplinary District of the Nebraska State Bar Association, relator, filed formal charges against Pullen.

On January 28, 2000, the relator also filed a stipulation it had entered into with Pullen. In the stipulation, Pullen waived his right to a hearing on the charges, waived...
