A grand jury returned indictments charging the defendant with (1) posing or exhibiting a child in a state of nudity (G. L. c. 272, § 29A); (2) indecent assault and battery on a child under fourteen years of age (G. L. c. 265, § 13B); and (3) unlawful possession of a sawed-off shotgun (G. L. c. 269, § 10 [c]).
