These appeals are from the judgment on a jury verdict against officers of the Wyoming Highway Patrol and the Teton County Sheriff's Department after trial of appellees' claim that the officers were at fault in the establishment and operation of a roadblock to stop a fleeing suspect on U.S. Highway 89 north of Jackson, on March 15, 1995.
