Pamela Clark was charged by bill of indictment on September 12, 1996, with second degree murder, a violation of La. R.S. 14:30.1. At her arraignment on September 16, 1996 she pleaded not guilty. The trial court denied the motion to suppress the identification after a hearing on February 19, 1997. After trial on March 26, 1997, a twelve-member jury found her guilty as charged, and she was sentenced on April 18...
