STATEMENT OF THE CASE

¶ 1. Carl D. McLemore filed divorce proceedings against his wife, Anita Minor McLemore alleging cruel and inhuman treatment, habitual drug use, and irreconcilable differences. The chancellor granted the divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences and granted joint legal custody, with Anita named as custodial parent, of their fraternal twins who were then two and one-half years old....
