We decide in this case if David Ellis, a sound technician at the Seattle Center's Key Arena who refused to disable a public address (PA) component of the Arena's fire alarm system at his employer's insistence, presented sufficient evidence to get to the jury on his claim of wrongful discharge based on public policy.
