This workers' compensation case is before us for the second time. In Owen v. American Hydraulics, 254 Neb. 685, 578 N.W.2d 57 (1998), we held that an award entered by the trial judge on December 12, 1996, did not comply with Workers' Comp. Ct. R. of Proc. 11 (1995) in that it was ambiguous and contradictory and thus afforded no basis for meaningful appellate review. We remanded...
