MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHADUR, Senior District Judge.
Maureen Marley ("Marley") has sued her ex-employer Addus Healthcare, Inc. ("Addus"), charging that its termination of her employment violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA", 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634). At this point Addus has moved for summary judgment under Fed.R.Civ.P. ("Rule") 56, and with both sides having complied with this District Court's related LR 56.1
