PER CURIAM.

After a bench trial, the district court1 found James L. Waller guilty of seventy-four counts of being a felon in possession of firearms, ammunition, and explosives, and of making false statements to firearms dealers, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 842(i)(1), 922(a)(6), and 922(g)(1). The court sentenced him to concurrent terms of seventy-two months in prison, three years supervised release, $7,400 in special assessments...
