The appellant's counterclaims involve the same transaction as the complaint; as such, they are compulsory. Compulsory counterclaims are not appealable until final disposition of the complaint. See Campbell v. Gordon, 674 So.2d 783, 785 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
